Front de Seine

Front de Seine is an urban development started in the 1970s and situated in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Comprised of several skyscrapers essentially in modernist styles and placed on a raised slab is a rare site in Paris, and is a great playground for any photographer interested in 20th century architecture.

Taken in the space of a winter afternoon to evening, using pushed film, the photographs, and the ensuing book (inspired by french science fiction books of the 70S), show a subjective point of view, sometimes veering on abstraction, of the different buildings and architectural elements of the Front de Seine towering of the pedestrian.
